Property Manager, 3+ years related experience Montreal/ Gestion Immobiliere


Our client, a property management company, is currently looking for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. You must own a car for the position. Well, not just own a car. You must be able to drive it! If you love a stimulating, non-routine work environment, this position might just be the one for you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good relations with condominium associations and owners
  • Assist your superior in negotiating contracts with entrepreneurs
  • Collect accounts receivable each week by various means: phone, email or in person
  • Manage calls, emails and requests from owners within 24 hours and write an incident report
  • Assist your supervisor in analyzing union financial data and prepare various financial analyses (budget, monthly financial statements, etc.)
  • Maintain and develop relationships with future clients
  • Perform data entry, compile invoices and write checks
  • Write memos in both languages ​​relating to the various buildings
  • Visit the entire building complex 2-3 times / week and write a compliance report
  • Supervise and evaluate the work teams serving the building (management assistant, janitors, superintendents, security guards, and other service providers)
  • Optimize working methods and put in place processes to ensure the proper functioning of the building and services to residents
  • Be responsible for all the keys of the buildings under its management
  • Hold meetings on a monthly basis with the buildings, prepare the minutes and any other task related to the meetings
  • Assist your superior with modification work requests for condo units
  • Understand and enforce the declaration of co-ownership and the various contracts to which the syndicate is party
  • All other related tasks

Qualification and skills profile:

  • Hold an AEC or training in real estate or a related field
